Summary
This study is testing whether a pulmonary rehabilitation program can help people with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer maintain muscle mass, improve lung function, and reduce inflammation. About 94 participants will take part while receiving standard cancer treatments like chemotherapy or targeted therapy. The goal is to see if this exercise and breathing program can improve overall survival and quality of life.
