VA launches massive study on Veterans' lung health after middle east deployment

Summary
This study aims to understand the lung health of veterans who served in Afghanistan, Iraq, and nearby regions after 9/11. Researchers will measure lung function in 6,200 veterans using breathing tests. The goal is to gather information, not to test a new treatment.
