Summary
This study tests a drug called vilazodone to see if it can safely reduce PTSD symptoms in 200 adults, including active-duty service members, veterans, and civilians. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will measure changes in PTSD severity and monitor for side effects over 12 weeks.
