Summary
This study compares children with Denys-Drash syndrome who received a kidney transplant to other young kidney transplant patients. The goal is to see if the syndrome increases the risk of a type of cancer called post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder. Researchers will review medical records from French hospitals to identify risk factors and improve future care.
