Summary
This study compares 108 children with Denys-Drash syndrome who had a kidney transplant to similar children without the syndrome. The goal is to see if the syndrome increases the risk of a type of cancer called post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder. Researchers will review medical records from French hospitals to identify risk factors.
