Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques to prevent a non-cancerous eye growth (pterygium) from returning after removal. 342 adults with a first-time pterygium will be randomly assigned to receive either a rotated flap of nearby tissue or a graft from under the eyelid. The main goal is to see which method better prevents regrowth over 6 months.
