Talking therapy may boost breast cancer treatment success

Summary
This study looks at whether adding structured psychosocial support to standard chemotherapy can improve treatment response, emotional well-being, and quality of life in women with breast cancer. About 160 Palestinian women aged 20-40 with stage I-III breast cancer will take part. Half will receive standard care alone, and half will also receive psychosocial therapy.
