Talking therapy may boost breast cancer treatment

Summary
This study looks at whether adding psychosocial support to standard chemotherapy can improve treatment response and quality of life for breast cancer patients. About 160 Palestinian women with stage I-III breast cancer will take part. Half will get usual care, and half will also receive structured therapy sessions. The goal is to see if emotional and social support can help patients feel better and possibly improve their medical outcomes.
