Summary

This study looks at whether adding psychosocial support to standard chemotherapy helps breast cancer patients feel better and respond better to treatment. About 160 Palestinian women with early-stage breast cancer will take part. Half will get usual care, and half will also receive structured emotional and social support. The goal is to see if this support improves quality of life, reduces anxiety, and possibly enhances medical outcomes.
