First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a 6-week psychological resilience workshop could help first-year university students feel better after the Kahramanmaraş earthquakes. 32 students took part, with some attending the workshop and others not. The workshop used talking, drawing, and group activities to help students understand their feelings and find support. The goal was to see if this low-cost program could improve resilience and well-being.
