Summary
This study is collecting DNA, brain images, and other biological samples from 2,000 people with major depression, bipolar disorder, or psychotic disorders, as well as healthy volunteers. The goal is to understand the physical and genetic factors behind these conditions to help tailor treatments to each person. Participants will undergo a clinical assessment, two blood draws, an MRI scan, and provide urine and saliva samples over two visits.
