Summary

This study is collecting DNA, brain scans, and other biological samples from 2,000 people with major depression, bipolar disorder, or psychotic disorders, as well as healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand the physical and genetic factors behind these conditions, which could help tailor treatments to individual needs. Participants will undergo a detailed clinical assessment, two blood draws, an MRI scan, and provide urine and saliva samples over two visits.
