Summary
This study tests whether a single oral dose of CYB003, a drug similar to psilocybin (found in magic mushrooms), can help relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety. Forty adults with major depressive disorder and moderate-to-severe anxiety will receive either CYB003 or a placebo. Researchers will use brain scans (fMRI, EEG) and questionnaires to measure changes in brain activity and mood.
