Summary

This study tests a new drug, JNJ-88545223, in 240 adults with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) to see if it reduces joint pain and skin symptoms better than a placebo. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks, and doctors measure improvements in joint swelling, tenderness, and skin patches. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose for controlling PsA symptoms.
