Summary
This study tests a new drug called JNJ-88545223 in 240 adults with active psoriatic arthritis, a condition causing joint pain and skin patches. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it improves joint swelling and skin symptoms. The goal is to find a better treatment option for managing this chronic disease.
