Summary

This study tests whether the experimental drug JNJ-88545223 can reduce joint pain, swelling, and skin symptoms in adults with active psoriatic arthritis. About 240 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it works better than no treatment. The goal is to improve joint and skin health over 16 weeks.
