Summary

This study aims to understand how the medication bimekizumab affects specific genes in the skin of people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. It will enroll 90 adults, some with psoriasis alone and some who also have psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will take small skin samples to measure gene changes over 48 weeks of treatment.
