Summary

This study aims to understand how the medication bimekizumab affects specific genes in the skin of people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. It will involve about 90 participants, some of whom also have psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will take small skin samples to measure changes in gene activity over 48 weeks of treatment.
