Summary
This study is testing whether psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) combined with therapy can help people with severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who haven't gotten better with standard treatments. Fifteen adults aged 18-65 will receive 12 therapy sessions and 3 psilocybin sessions. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and reduces OCD symptoms, anxiety, and depression.
