Summary

This study tests whether psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) combined with therapy can help people who have both major depression and alcohol use disorder. Thirty adults will receive either psilocybin or a placebo, along with therapy sessions. The main goal is to see if the approach is safe and feasible, while also tracking changes in mood and drinking behavior.
