First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether injecting a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into her ovaries can improve egg quality and IVF success. About 90 women with low egg supply (under age 45) will be randomly assigned to get either PRP or a placebo injection. The main goal is to see if more usable embryos can be produced for IVF.
