Summary

This study is testing whether injecting a woman's own concentrated platelets (PRP) into her ovaries can improve egg quality and quantity. It involves 90 women with diminished ovarian reserve who want to get pregnant through IVF. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the platelet-rich plasma or a placebo-like plasma injection to compare results.
