Summary
This study tests whether injecting a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into her ovaries can improve egg quality and IVF success. About 90 women with low ovarian reserve (due to age or other causes) will receive either PRP or a placebo injection. The main goal is to see if more usable embryos can be produced for fertility treatment.
