Summary
This study looked at whether adding a whey protein supplement to a reduced-calorie diet helps overweight and obese adults lose more weight and improve their metabolism. A total of 110 people aged 25 to 35 with a BMI of 24 or higher took part. The results will help guide better dietary advice for weight management.
