Summary

This study looks at whether giving different amounts of protein early on can help people with serious brain injuries or strokes recover better. About 216 adults in the ICU will be split into three groups, each receiving a different protein dose. Researchers will check their consciousness levels after 28 days and track survival and hospital stays for up to 90 days.
