Summary

This study looked at whether a 12-week program of resistance exercises, with or without a protein drink, could improve muscle strength and nutrition in older adults (70+) who receive home care and are at risk of sarcopenia (muscle loss). 46 participants took part. The goal was to see if the combination could help maintain or improve physical function and nutritional status.
