Can a special food mix help older adults get the nutrition they need?
NCT ID NCT07569809
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether a protein-enriched food mix, made from local ingredients like cereals and soy, could improve the nutritional health of older adults living in the community. Researchers also included a simple daily exercise program. The goal was to find a practical, affordable way to fight malnutrition in this age group.
