Summary
This study looked at how healthy adults digest and use two forms of milk protein: intact casein and pre-digested (hydrolyzed) casein. 26 healthy volunteers with a BMI between 18 and 25 took part. The goal was to measure how much protein the body actually absorbs and how the body processes it after a meal.
