Summary
This study compares two types of internal radiation boost (HDR vs LDR) given after external beam radiation for intermediate- or high-risk prostate cancer. The goal is to see which approach better controls the cancer while causing fewer side effects and improving quality of life. 195 men are taking part, and their symptoms and well-being will be tracked for up to 5 years.
