Summary
This study compares two types of internal radiation boost (HDR vs LDR brachytherapy) given after external beam radiation for intermediate- or high-risk prostate cancer. The goal is to see which method better controls cancer while causing fewer side effects and preserving quality of life. About 195 men are taking part, and researchers track urinary, bowel, and sexual function over time.
