Summary

This study looks at whether doing balance exercises after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery can improve balance, reduce fear of movement, and help the knee work better. About 50 adults who had ACL surgery will take part. The goal is to see if adding these exercises to standard rehab makes a difference.
