Summary
This study looked at how well the brain can adjust balance signals (proprioception) in young handball players. 41 athletes aged 15-25 did jumping and sidestep cutting tests. The goal was to see if poor balance adjustment is linked to higher knee injury risk. Results may help design better injury prevention programs.
