Doctors test best dose to heal painful infant skin ulcers

Summary

This study aims to find the best starting dose of a common oral medication, propranolol, to heal painful ulcers in infantile hemangiomas. It will involve 40 children with these ulcerated skin growths. Researchers will compare how quickly the ulcers heal and how well the tumors shrink with different initial doses.
