First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study follows adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) whose doctor decides to switch them from an inhaled medication (iloprost, used several times a day) to an oral pill (selexipag). Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, treatment satisfaction, and how well patients stick with the new medicine. No experimental drugs are involved—all treatments are part of standard care.
