NCT ID NCT07356375

First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether changing from an inhaled medication (iloprost) to a pill (selexipag) can improve quality of life and treatment satisfaction for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). About 32 adults whose doctor has already decided to switch treatments will be followed over time, along with a comparison group staying on the inhaler. The goal is to see if the easier pill routine helps patients feel better and stick with their treatment.
