Summary
This study looks at whether a 20-minute writing task can help college seniors change how they see themselves as drinkers and reduce risky alcohol use. About 468 graduating students will try different versions of the writing exercise and be followed for a year. The goal is to find a new, simple way to prevent alcohol problems during the big life change after college.
