Summary

This study aimed to create a mindfulness and stress reduction program for young adult Black men (ages 18-29) who live in high-stress neighborhoods. The goal was to help them cope with racism-related stress and reduce problematic alcohol and marijuana use. The study was terminated early and did not complete enrollment.
