First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at whether doing progressive relaxation exercises (tensing and relaxing muscles one by one) can improve sleep quality in people who had urological surgery. Only 2 people took part, and they used a sleep questionnaire to measure results. The goal was to see if this simple technique could help with common sleep problems after surgery.
