New rehab program aims to ease chronic back pain without surgery

Summary
This study tests a team-based rehab program for people with long-term back or spine problems. About 90 adults will take part in exercise and therapy sessions to see if their pain and daily function improve. The goal is to find a better way to manage chronic back pain without drugs or surgery.
