New rehab program aims to ease chronic back pain without surgery

Summary
This study tests a team-based rehab program called Revita for people with long-term back or spine problems. About 90 adults will take part to see if the program reduces pain and improves daily function. The goal is to help patients move better and feel better without relying on lifelong medication.
