First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking progesterone (a hormone) after intrauterine insemination (IUI) with letrozole can increase the chance of pregnancy. About 690 women with infertility will be randomly assigned to receive progesterone or standard care. The goal is to see if this simple addition improves pregnancy rates.
