This study looked at 158 women having intrauterine insemination (IUI) to see if a hormone called progesterone, measured on the day of the procedure, is linked to getting pregnant. Researchers collected blood samples and tracked early pregnancies. The goal is to find a simple way to improve IUI success rates without adding extra treatments.
