Summary
This study is testing if adding a hormone called progesterone to standard hormone therapy helps transgender women. Researchers want to see if it improves breast development, sleep quality, and mood, while also checking for any effects on heart health. The study will involve 40 transgender women who have already been on hormone therapy for at least six months.
