First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study gives 400 adults with diabetes or high blood pressure free home-delivered produce boxes and vouchers for 6 months, plus nutrition education. Researchers want to see if this helps people eat more fruits and vegetables, feel less food-insecure, and improve their health. The goal is to learn whether providing healthy food can reduce doctor visits and support local food vendors.
