Summary
This study tests whether taking probiotics before and during a short trip abroad can prevent stomach issues like traveler's diarrhea and sleep problems. 46 healthy adults will be randomly assigned to take either a probiotic or a placebo. The goal is to see if probiotics help maintain a healthy gut and reduce travel-related health problems.
