Summary
This study tests whether taking probiotics before and during a short trip abroad can prevent stomach problems like diarrhea and help with sleep. Researchers will compare a probiotic supplement to a placebo in 46 healthy adults traveling for less than 7 days. The goal is to see if probiotics keep gut bacteria balanced and reduce travel-related health issues.
