Summary

This study looks at how taking probiotics after a course of antibiotics changes the bacteria in your gut. Researchers will track 50 adults aged 18-40 who are prescribed a common antibiotic for 5-10 days. Participants will provide stool and vaginal samples and keep a symptom diary to see if probiotics help restore a healthy microbiome.
