This study tested if a special probiotic (Bifidobacterium breve PRL2020) could help children aged 3-12 who were taking common antibiotics for bacterial infections. The goal was to see if it could reduce diarrhea and other stomach issues like nausea and bloating. Researchers tracked 121 children to compare those who got the probiotic with those who did not.
