Summary
This study tests whether a specific probiotic (De Simone Formulation) can lower bile acid levels in stool for people with bile acid malabsorption or diarrhea who still have their ileum. About 24 adults will receive either the probiotic or a placebo for a set period. The main goal is to see if the probiotic changes bile acid levels and improves gut health.
