Gut check: can probiotics help tame MS?
NCT ID NCT07168772
Summary
This study is testing whether taking a probiotic supplement can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) better manage their condition. It will involve 80 patients who are already on standard MS medications or have chosen not to take them. Participants will take either the probiotic or a placebo (a dummy pill) twice a day for six months to see if it improves their immune system and other health markers.
