Summary
This study tested whether prism adaptation therapy, a technique using special glasses to shift vision, can reduce pain and improve movement in people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) type I. Fifty-four adults with CRPS after an injury or surgery took part. The goal was to see if this simple, non-invasive treatment could ease symptoms during the early phase of the condition.
