This study tests whether giving a combination of chemotherapy (carboplatin/paclitaxel) and an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) before surgery can completely eliminate cancer in men with advanced penile cancer that has spread to lymph nodes. About 27 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will check if the cancer is gone after surgery. The goal is to improve outcomes for this rare and serious cancer.
