Battle of the drugs: which one stops Post-Surgery shivering?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two drugs, hydrocortisone or dexmedetomidine, is better at preventing shivering after abdominal surgery. It will involve 70 patients who are having this type of surgery under general anesthesia. Researchers will give one drug to each patient before surgery ends and then monitor them to see how much they shiver during recovery.
