Summary

This study tests whether an ondansetron lozenge works as well as an IV to prevent shivering in children aged 4 to 15 having their tonsils removed. Shivering is a common side effect after anesthesia. The trial will enroll 210 children and also check for nausea, vomiting, and temperature changes.
