Battle of the drugs: which stops Post-Surgery shivering best?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common medications works better to prevent shivering after abdominal surgery. It will involve 70 patients in Egypt who are having planned abdominal operations. Researchers will compare intravenous hydrocortisone against intravenous dexmedetomidine, given near the end of surgery, to see which one more effectively controls this uncomfortable side effect of anesthesia.
